Pairing

Install and open BeepToMac on both devices, make sure they are on the same Wi-Fi network, then choose Pair new iPhone on your Mac and scan the displayed QR code with your iPhone.

Scanning and delivery

• Allow camera access on your iPhone to scan barcodes.
• Keep the Mac app open and select the field where the value should be entered.
• A scan is confirmed only after it has been delivered to the Mac.

Troubleshooting

• Check that both devices are connected to the same local Wi-Fi network.
• Keep both apps open and repeat pairing if the QR code is no longer valid.
• On iPhone, check camera and local-network permissions in Settings.
• On Mac, check the app permission shown in System Settings if typing is not delivered.

Contact support

If the problem continues, email us with your device models, system versions, and a short description of what happened. You can copy a diagnostics report from the app when available.
